Mr.Liu was born in Shaoyang ,Hunan Province in the year of 1981. In 1999, graduated from Hunan University of Technology, major is powder metallurgy. On the same year, after graduation, he started working in Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Cor.Ltd, which held by China Minmetals Corporation Listed Company. After 4 years on the position of cemented cardbide’s production, management and technical research, on 2003, he was assigned to another group company: Zigong Cemented Carbide Corp.Ltd in Sichuan Province. In this company, he successively held the posts of product engineer assistant, senior product engineer, workshop director, chief product engineer in branch factory, deputy director on technology in branch factory, director of branch factory, chief of R&D department in home plant.

On 2009, he established Changsha Langfeng Metallic Material Co.,Ltd by holding 60% shares. On 2010, established Yantai Tongfa New Material Technology Co.,Ltd with 51% shares. On 2013, he invested Zhuzhou Huasisheng New Material Technology Co.,Ltd with 33% share holding.

He focuses the research, production and sale on new materials in the application on rocket system new material, cemented carbide, cermet cutting tools. His goals are:

-build a center on new materials for whole world;

-promote the development of new material field’s technology.

He specializes in product innovation, staff management and business developement with unique vision.
