One new type high manganese steel crusher hammer with tic cermet rod is a good substitute for high chromium cast iron complex crusher hammer. After the improvement, the length of the hanging hole to the end of the hammerhead is from 350mm to 360mm, the turning diameter is about 1250 to 1270mm, and the hammer-to-shell gap of the hammer crusher is reduced from 25mm to 15mm. Therefore, the particle size of the discharge can be changed from the original 20 mm and 25% powder to 8-10 mm and 60% powder, which greatly improves the crushing effect of the crusher, thereby increasing the production yield at the station.
