Note: High manganese steel must be fully hardened under severe impact or strong pressure. If the impact is too weak, it will be troublesome. If the surface is not sufficiently hardened, it has been worn out. In order to solve this problem, in the early years, there was even a technique of sticking explosives on the surface of new high-manganese steel parts and detonating them to make them pre-hardened. However, it was difficult to commercialize the products and it was not widely promoted. The so-called high-manganese steel is not wear-resistant, most of which are caused by improper use. This also explains why high-manganese steel liners perform better than small ones. Liner performance is inferior to that of jaws. Small hammers are not as good as those with large hammers.
