This is a historical moment, June 25, 2015.Langfeng Metallic‘s product,TI (C, N) based cermet cutter,In a new type of aircraft engines, aircraft manufacturing enterprises processing site for titanium materials processing–manufacture and beams bulkheads aircraft aircraft engine compressor sections, engine covers, exhaust system and other parts of other structural frame member. The Line speed 40,000 rpm, the processing speed can reach 300 m / min, and China’s carbide cutter can only be processed 70to100 m / min. Also Sandvik, Kennametal United States, Japan’s Mitsubishi, Germany, Sweden, etc. Walter, their best carbide cutter, titanium processing processing speed can only do 220 m / min.So  in the other words,we have created a global titanium processing history, and made great contribution to China’s cutting -edge manufacturing technology – aircraft aerospace industry.

We have a strong R & D team, and we will continue to develop in terms of cutting material, to improve the processing performance of the tool, for the titanium processing, processing speed exceeded 35 meters!
