Comparison of microwave and conventional sintering ZnO varistor properties, find microwave sintering technology significantly improves the densification behavior of ZnO varistors, shortening the sintering cycle, improve the electrical properties. Sol-gel process and the microwave sintering process of the obtained powder particle size 50nm Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3 near, than the traditional powders prepared by one order of magnitude lower and grain size of the ceramic sintered body obtained also better than conventional sintering an order of magnitude lower, about 1um below moreover ceramic sintered body has a small internal dimensions abundant and uniformly distributed pores.
